电针加红外线治疗复发性肱骨外上髁炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察电针加红外线治疗复发性肱骨外上髁炎的疗效。方法将62例复发性肱骨外上髁炎患者按就诊顺序随机分成两组,对照组31例采用激光、中频电治疗,电针组31例激光、中频电治疗后给予电针加红外线治疗,观察其疗效。结果电针组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针加红外线是复发性肱骨外上髁炎安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To observe the efficacy of electroacupuncture plus infrared ray in treating relapse of external humeral epieonclylitis. Methods The 62 cases with relapse of external humeral epicondylitis were randomly divided into two groups： 31 eases were treated with semiconductor laser and intermediate frequency current as control group. Another 31 cases were treated with semiconductor laser, intermediate frequency current, electroacupuncture and infrared ray therapy as electroaeupunctural group. Result The efficacy of eleetroacupunetural group was superior to that of control group. There was significant difference between both groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus infrared ray is a safe and effective therapy for relapse of external humeral epicondylitis.
