摘　　要：文章运用问卷调查法、文献资料法和数理统计法的研究方法,对引起新疆高校大学生"亚健康"状况的相关因素进行调查与分析,探究其形成的主要原因及对大学生身心健康的危害,提出如何科学预防和降低高校大学生"亚健康"状态的理论依据和相应对策。Using the methods of documents, investigations and statistics, the paper investigates the unhealthy living habits of college students in Xinjiang, and analyses their effect on the students＇ health and provides scientific basis for the further education for colleges in Xinjiang.
