摘　　要：以病人经济活动为主线的财务网络系统早已成为医院信息系统（HIS）的一大支柱。财务系统数据每天自然、及时、准确地传送到院级决策者那里。而以病人医疗活动为主线的医疗统计信息的非网络化或网络上的非标准化，导致传送到决策者那里的信息非准确性与滞后性。探讨基于医院信息系统整合后的网络化的医疗统计数据的产出与价值。IT technology in health field initiates at early 1980s in China. The earliest product is single PC system for financial and medical statistics. One of the reasons is the complexity of the two statistical data; another reason is that both data themselves are of great importance with essential work but too much effort would be taken. The financial networking system, based on the mainline of the patient economic behavior, has already become a mainstay in hospital information system （HIS）. Financial system data are delivered conventionally, promptly and accurately to decision- maker at management level each day. However, the non-networking or non-standard on the net of the medical statistics information based on patient medical behavior leads to inaccuracy and lagging of the information as being delivered to the decision-maker. This text discusses the output and value of the medical statistics data based on the integrated and networking HIS.
