铸币税收益来源探析

摘　　要：从铸币税的含义出发,引出铸币税的主要度量形式,从理论上说明铸币税受经济增长和通货膨胀的影响。在实证研究中,利用我国的经济数据,计算出经济增长和物价上涨对铸币税的贡献大小,并通过协整分析,得出铸币税、通货膨胀和经济增长之间存在着长期的均衡关系,且通货膨胀和经济增长对铸币税收益有着重要的影响的论点。Arising from the meaning of seigniorage, this paper analyzes how to measure the seigniorage ,and theoretically explains the effects from the inflation and economic growth. In the empirical analysis, figuring out the contributions of inflation and economic growth to the seigniorage, with co-integration techniques, I explains the long-run relationship of the inflation ,economic growth and seigniorage.
