摘 要:低碳微合金是目前高强度钢材研究的热点之一。目前生产中常用的微合金元素主要有铌、钒、钛等。铌在技术与经济方面有很多优势,因此研究铌微合金高强度钢有一定的理论价值及实际意义。单道次压缩实验结果表明,Nb是抑制奥氏体变形动态回复和动态再结晶的主要因素之一,同时降低温度和增大应变速率均不利于动态再结晶的发生,双道次压缩实验结果表明,Nb能抑制奥氏体变形静态再结晶。Low carbon microalloyed steel has now become one of the popular research subjects in the field of high strength steel. Nowadays the commonly used microalloyed elements are Nb,V, and Ti, etc. There are many advantages of Nb from tachnical and economical viewpoints. It has a definite significance and theoretical value to study Nb-microalloyed high strength steel. The single-pass compression test results shown that the austenite dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization were mianly retarded by Nb, and it was difficult for dynamic recrystallization to take place when the deformation temperature was lower and the strain rate was higher. The two-pass compression test results shown that the austenite static recrystallization was retarded by Nb.
