摘　　要：通过专家访谈法,文献资料法以及数理统计法,讨论了当前国内比赛中女子二传队员的表现,并得出结论:目前国内的二传队员主要职责仍是战术组织与防守,缺乏主动进攻意识;提高二传队员的进攻意识,增强其进攻的能力,为提高全队的战术进攻能力,取得比赛较好成绩起着重要作用。Based on expert interviews, data access and data analysis, discussed the current domestic competition in the women＇s second--team performance, and concluded： At present, the two--member primary responsibility is still the organization and defensive tactics, a lack of awareness of the initiative to attack; Secondteam members to raise awareness of the attack, and enhance its ability to attack, in order to improve the team ＂s tactical offensive capabilities, to achieve better results match play an important role.
