摘　　要：通过对北京、上海、广州和江苏等教育部批准的20个试办高水平运动队的高校负责体育的校领导和专家、各项目的教练进行问卷调查、访谈并进行分析,并通过和国外发达国家的竞技体育人才培养体系和制度的对比分析,找出高校目前教练员还存在的问题,指出了加强高校教练员队伍建设、建立教练员岗位培训制度、提高教练员专业素质应引起各主管部门的重视。旨在为进一步优化高校教练员队伍,提高我国高校体育竞技水平提供参考。In this paper, the leaders, experts and coaches for athletes in 20 universities and colleges of Peking, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Guangzhou are surveyed. By comparing with the systems of athletics cultivation of developed countries, the relative problems about coaches for our universities and colleges are found. In order to further optimize excellent coaches and to raise athletics level in universities and colleges, the teams of excellent coaches should be developed, the training system of excellent coaches should be built and the special quality of coaches should be improved.
