注蒸汽条件下稠油中羧基化合物的脱羧反应研究

摘  要:针对辽河油田低硫稠油,在模拟注蒸汽的油藏条件下,研究了稠油中羧基化合物的脱羧反应及矿物的催化作用。实验结果表明,在200℃、12MPa条件下反应48h后,两个油样的脱羧率最高达20.3%和18.7%,稠油黏度及其胶质沥青质质量分数也有显著降低;矿物对脱羧反应具有催化作用,富含铁的矿物催化活性更高;铁元素的催化脱羧活性主要与其赋存状态(晶体结构形式)有关。Decarboxylation reaction of carboxyl compound in heavy oil with low sulfur and catalysis of clay minerals were studied with simulating the conditions of reservoir injected by steam. After 48h reaction under the pressure of 12MPa and 200℃ ,the decarboxylation percentage of the two oil samples reached the highest values of 20.3% and 18.7%. The viscosity of heavy oil and the mass fraction of gum asphaltic were decreased significantly. Minerals have the ability of catalysis to decarboxylation reaction. The catalytic activity of high-ferriferous minerals was higher. Decarboxylation catalytic activity of iron element was mainly related to its occurrence (crystal structure).
