摘  要:陈堡油田非均质油藏多数油井含水高、井斜大、多层合采,传统的找堵水工艺工作量大,作业效果不明显。开展了找堵水一体化工艺技术研究,主要进行了找堵水一体化工艺管柱的设计、多级封隔器组合优化和分层找堵水工具的引进与完善。在陈堡油田4口井的现场应用中,找堵水一体化技术实现了大斜度油井生产状态下的分层求产和分层测压,一趟管柱可完成多层找水、堵水,取得了良好的增油效果。Study and application of water detection and plugging integration technique were carried out in view of the oil well high water cut,large hole deviation and multilayer commingled producing in heterogeneous reservoirs of Chenbao Oilfield. Mainly including the design of finding water shutoff integration process column, the optimization of multistage excluder combined, and the introduction and improvement of separate layer water shut off tools. In the four wells field application of Chenbao Oilfield, the water detection and plugging integration technique realized the layered pressure test of high-angle borehole under production conditions.One trip string can complete multi-layer water detection and shutoff.Approved effect in oil yield was acquired.
