摘  要:采用粉末溶胶法在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si基片上制备了厚度约为1.50μm,铁电性能优良的CSBT铁电厚膜。研究了粉末的烧结温度对CSBT铁电厚膜的结构及性能的影响。结果表明:适当的粉末烧结温度有利于制备表面致密、晶粒发育良好的厚膜,从而有利于厚膜的铁电性能。750℃烧结的粉末制备的厚膜具有最佳的铁电性能,其Pr和Ec分别为13.3μC/cm2,46.2 kV/cm,具有较高的应用价值。1.5μm-thick Ca0.4Sr0.6Bi4Ti4O15 films with excellent ferroelectric properties were produced on Pt/TiO2/SiO2/Si substrates by a powder-sol method. The effect of the sintering temperature of the powders on structure and ferroelectric properties of Ca0.4 Sr0.6 Bin Ti4O15 thick films were studied. The results indicated that powder prepared at the optimized temperature can favor the preparation of thick films with compact surface, well developed grains and excellent ferroelectric properties. The thick film prepared by using the nano-powder sinter 750℃ exhibits the best ferroelectric properties, the Pr and Ec values are 13.3 μC/cm2and 46.2 kV/cm, respectively.
