摘　　要：利用L12(6*22)正交表设计正交实验,确定提取时间12h、提取温度55℃、二氯甲烷用量200mL为最佳提取条件,在最佳提取条件下分别对济南市八种典型开放源进行索氏提取,提取液经旋转蒸发、层析净化以后氮吹,采用GC-MS测定多环芳烃的含量。通过对8种样品测定数据的对比,发现钢铁尘样品中多环芳烃的含量最高。具有强致癌性的二苯并(a,h)蒽,在16种多环芳烃中含量最高。By using a L12（6 ＊ 2^2） orthogonal to design a orthogonal experimental, it can determine the best conditions is that the time is 12 hours and the temperature is 55℃, and 200mL Dichloromethane. Eight typical open-source of Jinan city is soxhleted extraction. The extrac is rotary evaporato and chromatography purification after blowing nitrogen; by using GC-MS to determine the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Through data comparison of the eight kinds of samples, we can found the highest content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is the steel. The highest levels of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is Dibenzo （a. h） anthracene, and it can lend to cancer.
