摘　　要：目的探讨Ki-67在宫颈上皮内瘤变和宫颈鳞状细胞癌的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化技术检测10例正常宫颈上皮(normal cervical epithelium,NCE)、40例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(cervical intraepithe-lial neoplasm,CIN)和宫颈浸润癌(invasive carcinoma of cervix,ICC)中Ki-67的表达情况。结果Ki-67在NCE、CIN和ICC的阳性表达率分别为0%、91.66%和100%,从NCE到CIN和ICC,Ki-67阳性表达具有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论Ki-67在宫颈癌发生、发展过程中起重要作用。检测Ki-67抗原的表达情况对于进一步了解宫颈癌生物学行为和判断预后有很重要的临床应用价值。Objective To study the expression of Ki -67 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN） and cervical carcinoma and their clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry（ S -P method ） was performed in the 10 normal cervical tissue and 40 CIN with ICC to evaluate the expression of Ki -67. Results The positive expression rate of Ki -67 in NCE, CIN and ICC was 0% ,91.66%, 100% respectively, It is obvious that the expression of Ki -67 in these lesions existed statisitcs difference（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Ki -67 has important action in the occurrence and development of cervical carcinoma. Detection of the expression of Ki - 67 is provided with important clinical applied value in understand the biological behavior and estimation prognosis of cervical carcinoma.
