水溶性β-环糊精聚合物与1,3-二-(4-硝基苯基)-三氮烯包结物对银离子的显色反应研究

摘　　要：水溶性β-环糊精聚合物(β-CDP)在水相中替代表面活性剂与1,3-二-(4-硝基苯基)-三氮烯(DNPT)形成的包结物(β-CDP-DNPT)对银离子有显著的显色效果。DNPT被β-CDP包结后,具有增溶增敏效果,对银离子的选择性显著改善。干扰离子Cu(II)、Hg(II)、Zn(II)、Co(II)、Ni(II)、Pb(II)等允许量达到50～500μg/25mL。该法应用于相纸样品及国家标样中痕量银的测定,结果满意。A β-CDP-DNPT inclusion complex was prepared from water soluble β-cyelodextrin polymer （β-CDP） instead of surfactants and 1,3-di-（4-nitrophenyl）-triazene （DNPT）, and was used as the chromogenetic reagent for silver （Ⅰ） The results showed that β-CDP could strengthen DNPT solubility and sensitivity, and improve the selectivity for silver （Ⅰ） . The tolerance limit of interference the metal ions such as Cu （Ⅱ）, Hg （Ⅱ）, Zn （Ⅱ）, Co （Ⅱ）, Ni （Ⅱ）, Pb （Ⅱ） was 50-500 μg/25 mL. Thee method proved to be satisfactory in the determination of trace silver in the film samples and the state standard samples.
