摘  要:从临床表现腹泻、肠粘膜脱落形成栓塞为特征的发病雏番鸭肝、脾中分离到2株病毒(命名为GPV-PT株和GPV-F株),分离株在间接免疫荧光抗体试验(IFA)和琼脂扩散沉淀(AGP)试验中只与GPV单抗反应,与MPV、NDV、IBDV单抗和DHV阳性血清均不发生反应;电镜观察见到实心和空心两种粒子,无囊膜,圆形,呈立体对称,直径20~24 nm;分离株无血凝活性;对紫外线和胰蛋白酶均不敏感;对番鸭胚的ELD50为lg6.5;雏番鸭人工感染病毒后出现与自然病例相似的症状,并回收到病毒。上述结果表明分离的2株病毒均为番鸭小鹅瘟病毒。Two parvovirus strains, GPV - PT and GPV - F, were isolated from the liver and spleen of Muscovy ducklings with clinically determined symptoms of diarrhea and intestinal embolism. In IFA and AGP tests, the strains reacted with anti-GPV monoclonal antibody and not with anti-MPV, anti-NDV, anti-IBDV and anti-DHV monoclonal antibodies. Morphological characteristics of the two virions were examined under electron microscope. They were round in shape, and one of them was solid and the other hollow in the center. Both of them were 20 to 24 nm in diameter and without membrane. No hemagglutination to erythrocytes of duck, chick, pigeon, rabbit or mouse was found in the strains. Neither virus was affected by ultraviolet light or pancreatin. The ELD50 (Median Embryo Lethal Dose) of the isolates to the Muscovy duck embryo was 10^-5.5. In the challenge tests, all clinical observations including lesions on the infected Muscovy ducklings were similar to those found in the field, where identical viruses were isolated. The results indicated that the two isolated viruses were the goose parvoviruses prevailed in Muscovy ducklings.
