摘  要:为选育高多糖优质大果特晚熟杂交龙眼新品种,从85株立冬本(♀)×青壳宝圆(♂)杂交后代群体中,应用多靶筛选法选育出果肉多糖含量高、果大、可食率高、味甜的晚熟杂交龙眼新品系"高宝"。该品系果肉多糖含量为808.22 mg.(hg.FW)-1(2 a平均)、单果重15.5 g、可溶性固形物含量20.6%、可食率70.9%、成熟期10月中旬,其综合经济性状优于目前国内外主栽的晚熟龙眼良种,是果肉多糖含量高兼具质优、果大、晚熟的杂交龙眼新品系。研究还发现龙眼杂交后代果肉多糖含量的遗传属于数量性状遗传,其性状分离呈正态分布。Longan polysaccharides have significant health efficacy on antifatigue, memory and learning ability improvements, as well as antineoplastic. Using the hybrid of Lidongben and Qingkebaoyuan, a multi-target screening method was applied to breed longan with high polysaecharide content. The aim was to obtain high polysaecharides in the aril, superior fruit characteristics and quality. The result showed that the aril polysaccharide content of "Gaobao" was the highest (i. e. , 808. 22 mg·(hg·FW)^-1) among the 85 strains. Its economic indicators appeared to be superior to the major late mature longan cultivars available on the market: (a) the average individual fruit weight was 15.5 g, (b) the soluble solid content was 20.6%, (c) the edible portion was 70. 9%, and (d) it matured in mid-October. Furthermore, the genotype of this longan hybrid progeny were quantitative inherited characteristics, and the characteristic segregation was under normal distribution. These factors are considered advantageous for cross-breeding of high polysaccharide content longan.
