摘 要:以湘苎三号和多倍体二号为材料,采用土培方法,研究了钙在苎麻植株体内的吸收和分配特征.结果表明:施钙能促进苎麻对钙的吸收;高钙处理时钙的吸收集中于生育中期和后期,低钙和不施钙处理时钙的吸收集中于生育前期和中期;苎麻以叶中钙的含量最高,叶是钙的主要累积部位,叶中钙的分配比例随着生育期的推进而下降.Using ramie, Xiangzhu No.3 and Tri-2 as experiment materials, the content, the absorption and the distribution condition of calcium in ramie plant were studied with earth cultivation. Research results show that: (1) The application of calcium could promote the absorption of calcium in ramie plant. The absorption to calcium was mainly concentrated on the middle stage and the late stage of growth under a high level of application calcium. When calcium was under a low level or not applied, the absorption to calcium was mainly concentrated on the early stage and the middle stage of growth. (2) The content of calcium was the highest in the leaves of ramie in different growth stages and different organs. The blade of ramie was the main accumulation position of calcium. The distributed proportion of calcium in the blade decreased with promotion of the breeding time.
