摘 要:以白花烟草DL04及其亲本红花大金元为材料,研究了不同光照度对烟叶成熟期中部叶净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Cond)、胞间CO2摩尔分数(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Trm)的影响.结果表明:红花大金元中部叶成熟期的光饱和点与光补偿点分别为1175.80,12.47μmol/(m2.s),DL04的光饱和点和光补偿点分别为972.98、11.30μmol/(m2.s).在光饱和点和光补偿点之间,随着光照度的增大,叶片的气孔导度、净光合速率和蒸腾速率逐渐升高,胞间CO2摩尔分数逐渐降低,DL04和亲本红花大金元的净光合速率与气孔导度和蒸腾速率呈极显著正相关.经多元回归及通径分析得知,红花大金元受蒸腾速率影响最明显,DL04的限制因子为气孔导度,多元回归方程的相关系数都大于0.9,所得方程能很好地反映这2个品种(系)成熟期中部叶的光合特性.DL04中部叶光饱和点及光补偿点较亲本低,在弱光照情况下,光合能力强于亲本,且DL04成熟期中部叶的呼吸代谢能力弱于亲本红花大金元,有利于干物质积累.The photosynthesis factors, such as net photosynthesis rate(Pn), stomatal conductance(Cond), intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci), transpiration rate(Trm) of white-flower variety DL04 and its parent Hongda were studied, when treated by different light intensity at middle-leaf maturity stage. The results showed that the light saturation point of Hongda and DL04 variety was 1 175.80 and 972.98 μmol/(m2·s) and the light compensation points was 12.47 μmol/(m2 · s) and 11.30 μmol/(m2 · s), respectively. With increasing of light intensity, between the light compensation point and light saturation point, the stoma conductance, net-photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate went up gradually, while concentration of intercellular CO2 concentration went down gradually. Net photosynthesis rate had a significant positive correlation with stomatal conductance and transpiration rate as for the two varieties. After further study, with the methods of multiple regression analysis and path analysis, key factor of net photosynthesis for variety Hongda was transpiration rate while for variety, DL04, was stomatal conductance. As all coefficients of the equation obtained by multiple regression analysis went beyond 0.9, the equation could demonstrate the characteristics well of the photosynthesis factors of the variety DL04 and its parent at maturity stage. The white-flower tobacco variety DL04, which had the advantage of lower light compensation point, would be superior to its parent in photosynthesis when sun-light is deficient during the period of latematurity stage. The respiratory metabolism of the variety of DL04 was weaker than that of its parent, which was beneficial to accumulation of dry matters.
