摘 要:为评价30%污泥蓼乳油对甘薯天蛾幼虫及其天敌螟蛉悬茧姬蜂的影响,测定了污泥蓼乳油及其对照药剂辛硫磷和毒死蜱对两者的致死和亚致死作用.结果表明,在甘薯天蛾幼虫2龄期施药,污泥蓼,辛硫磷和毒死蜱药后1d的防效分别为0.2%,94.6%和95.7%,药后3d的防效分别为72.7%,87.7%和97.5%,药后5d的防效分别为93.3%,63.6%和91.1%,药后10d的防效分别为86.3%,48.7%和61.2%.30%污泥蓼、50%辛硫磷和50%毒死蜱处理螟蛉悬茧姬蜂成蜂和蛹后,前者的存活率分别为98.7%,31.3%%和20.7%,后者的存活率分别为98.6%,41.3%和24.6%;残存成蜂对甘薯天蛾幼虫的寄生率分别是46.7%,16.7%和7.3%.表明污泥蓼对甘薯天蛾幼虫有较好的防治效果;与对照药剂相比,尽管其作用速度较慢,但持效性好,且对天敌螟蛉悬茧姬蜂的安全性高.In order to evaluate the effects of 30% Wuniliao EC on Herse convolvuli larvae and Charops bicolor (Szepligeti), lethal effect and sublethal effect of 30% Wuniliao EC, 50% Phoxim EC and 48% Chlorprifos EC on the insect pest and the parasitoid were determined. The result of field trial showed that corresponding efficacy of 30% Wuniliao EC, 50% Phoxim EC and 48% Chlorprifos EC against the second instar larvae of H. convolvuli at the respective dosage of 50 mL/667 m2, 50 mL/667 m2, and 60 mL/m2 diluted with 30 kg water were 0.2%, 94.6% and 95.7% one day after treatment; 72.7%, 87.7% and 97.5% three days after treatment: 93.3%, 63.6% and 91.1% five days after treatment; 86.3%, 48.7% and 61.2% ten days after treatment. When both C. bicolor adult and pupae were treated with the above-mentioned 3 insecticides, the survival rate of the former were 98.7%, 31.3% and 20.7% respectively and that of the latter were 98.6%, 41.3% and 24,6% respectively. The parasitism rate of the parasitoid, which hadn't been directly killed by the above-mentioned 3 insecticides, to larvae of H. convolvuli were 46.7%, 16.7% and 7.3%, respectively. The results indicate that 30% Wuniliao EC can be effective to control 11. convolvuli and be much safer to C. bicolor. The persistent effect of 30% Wuniliao EC is better than those of other tested insecticides.
