摘 要:从健康的油茶叶中分离得到内生细菌菌株156株,经平板对峙法初筛,筛选到油茶炭疽病菌菌丝生长有抑制作用的有25株,再通过发酵法复筛,筛选到1株具有较强拮抗作用的菌株Y13,其抑菌直径达10mm以上.对Y13进行形态学和生理生化指标分析,初步鉴定为芽孢杆菌.抗菌谱测定表明,该菌对黄瓜枯萎病菌、水稻纹枯病菌、番茄早疫病菌、油茶叶枯病菌等4种病原真菌也具有较强的抗菌活性.156 bacteria strains were obtained from Camellia oleifera leaves which were collected from Changning of Hunan province. The antagonistic screening of endophytes was carried out that 25 strains can inhibit mycelium of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides growth markedly; and one of them was strongly antagonistic to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides through fermentation. Strain Y13 was identified for its morphologic, physiological and biochemical characteristics, and the results show that the strain Y13 is bacillus sp.. Culture tests showed it had strong antagonistic activity to 4 plant pathogens(Fusarium oxysporium, Thanatephorus cucumeris, Alternaria solani, Pestalotiopsis microspora).
