摘 要:以辣椒炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum capsici)为指示菌,采用平板对峙法,从茶园土壤中筛选到9株具有明显拮抗效果的放线菌,菌株抗菌谱较广,对茶白星病菌、烟草黑胫病菌、水稻纹枯病菌、黄瓜腐霉病菌有较好的拮抗作用.其中3株菌株发酵液对烟草黑胫病菌抑制作用较强,其抑制率分别达78.8%、61.2%、56.5%.With Colletotrichum capsici as indicator, 9 antagonistic actinomyces were screened from tea garden soil by plate confrontation method and were named as F1, F2, F3, F5, F8, F11, F15, F57 and F59. They had a broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity and also showed better inhibiting effect on Phyllosticta theafolia Hara, Phytophthora var. nicotianae, Rhizoctonia solani, Pythium aphanidermatum. Fermentation broth of strains F1, F2 and F3 had notable inhibiting effect on Phytophthora nicotianae, the inhibition rates were 78.8 %, 61.2 % and 56.5 % respectively.
