摘  要:为探明甲拌磷使用后在农田土壤中的残留降解行为,采用添加回收试验,借助气相色谱分析技术,建立了气相色谱同时测定土壤中甲拌磷及其代谢物甲拌磷砜含量的方法.结果表明,当土壤中分别添加甲拌磷和甲拌磷砜0.02、0.2和2.0mg/kg时,甲拌磷的平均回收率为91.5%~99.8%,变异系数为1.3%~4.8%;甲拌磷砜的平均回收率为91.0%~98.3%,变异系数为3.4%~5.6%.该方法最低检测限为0.02mg/kg,仪器最小检出限为0.02ng.In order to understand the residual and degradating behavior of phorate after it had been applied to field, A gas chromatography (GC) procedure was developed for the determination of phorate and phorate sulfone residue in soil. With the method at concentrations of 0.02,0.2 and 2.0 mg/kg for both phorate and phorate sulfone, average recoveries of phorate ranged from 91.5 %~99.8%, and its coefficients of variation ranged from 1.3 % and 4.8 %. Average recoveries of phorate sulfone ranged from 91.0 %~98.3% and its coefficients of variation ranged from 3.4 % and 5.6 %. The limit of detection of the method was 0.02 mg/kg and the limit of quantitation was 0.02 ng.
