产权理论下职业体育劳资关系发展研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法,对劳资关系和职业体育劳资关系进行概述,基于职业体育劳资关系的形成、职业体育劳资关系的利益目标和职业体育劳资关系冲突三个方面分析了职业体育劳资关系的产权基础,从劳方产权界定不清晰和资方产权界定不清晰两个层面探讨对职业体育劳资关系发展的影响,最后从产权视角提出我国职业体育劳资关系发展的对策建议。Adopting the methods of documentation, this paper overview professional sport labor relations, analyze basis property rights of professional sport labor relations on the base of formation of labor relations, the target of interests and labor conflict. Inquire the impact of labor relations development because of unclear definition of property rights from athletes and professional clubs. Inquire the impact of labor relations because of unclear definition of property rights from the labor and representing capital. Finally, propose developmental countermeasure and suggestion of labor relations in professional sports under the property rights.
