摘　　要：为研究梅尼埃病患者相关非特异性免疫学指标和针对内耳组织抗原特异性体液与细胞免疫反应的变化，采用免疫学实验技术，对梅尼埃患者于发作期和间歇期进行免疫学检测，并与无耳病者进行对照。结果示，部分患者发作期血清免疫球蛋白（主要为IgG）和补体（主要为C3成分）含量，以及非特异性淋巴细胞转化率升高，循环免疫复合物和抗核抗体与抗核内可溶性抗原抗体阳性，并出现特异性抗体和细胞免疫反应。提示：内耳自身免疫性病理因素在部分梅尼埃病患者发病中，可能起着重要的损害作用。It was investigated that the clinical unspecialized immunological factors and special immune reaction against to inner ear antigens relate with the cause of Meniere's disease. Every of the relative immune tests and special humoral and cellular immune reaction tests were proceeded in the breaking out and intermittent period of Meniere's disease patients, and the normal controls. The levels of IgG and C3 in serum and unspecialized lympyocyte blastogenesis increased, and positive of circular immune compound and antibody against cellular nucleus,and special humoral and cellular immune reaction against inner ear antigens during the breaking out period of the patients. Theelement of inner ear autoimmune could play an important role in the pathogenical mechanism of some patients with Meniere's disease.
