摘　　要：唐山学院作为一所地方新建本科院校,根据自身历史、地域和办学发展需求,坚持实施名校带动战略,在借鉴名校成熟经验的同时结合学院实际不断创新,形成了自身的发展特色。唐山学院实施名校带动战略的实践,对于地方新建本科院校提升内涵、科学发展具有一定的启示。As a newly-established local four-year college, Tangshan College has formed its own characteristic features based on its own history, geographical location and development needs, adhering to famousuniversity-led strategy, learning from the successful experience of famous universities and keeping on innovation by combining with its own situations. The practice of Tangshan College＇s famous-university-led strategy is of significant inspiration to promote the quality and scientific development of newly-established local four-year colleges.
