摘　　要：围绕着"资源型城市转型"这一命题,从对理论思维创新的解读入手,结合国内外的相关理论与实践,在实践理性的层面上,提出了几点看法。Based on resource-based city transformation, the paper, by interpreting theoretical thinking innovation and combing global and domestic relevant theories and practices, puts forward some views and suggestions on the practical and rational level.
