党参对犬的胃酸及血清胃泌素、血浆生长抑素的影响

摘　　要：对带有海氏小胃的犬，灌入党参后海氏小胃的胃排酸量较对照组无明显变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）。灌入党参１０ｇ后１５０ｍｉｎ，灌入党参２０ｇ后９０，１５０ｍｉｎ以及灌入党参４０ｇ后３０，６０，１５０ｍｉｎ，血清胃泌素浓度较对照组明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。灌入党参后血浆生长抑素浓度无明显变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）。The　results　were　obtained　by　oral　administration　of　the　decoction　of　Codonopsis　pilosula　in　three　different　doses(10g,20g,40g)　to　5　dogs　with　Heidenhain　pouch.No　significant　changes　occurred　in　the　acidity　output　of　Heidenhain　pouch　and　plasma　somatostatin　concentration　out　of　the　oral　administration　(P>0.05).A　significant　increase　occurred　in　serum　gastrin　concentration　(P<0.05　or　P<0.01)150min after　a　dose　of　10g,90min　and　150min　after　doses　of　20g,and　30min,60min,and　150min　after　doses　of　40g.
