摘　　要：长三角船舶产业发展存在以下问题:投资巨大、建设重复;产业同构、内部竞争;技术层次偏低、竞争能力较弱;配套业散、产业链松等。长三角船舶产业发展需要实现纵向供应链协作和横向联合重组。There are a lot of problems in the shipbuilding industry in the Yangtze River Delta,such as huge amount of investment, redundant construction, industrial isomorphism, internal competition, low technology, weak competitiveness, loose supporting industries and loose industrial chain, etc. The development of the shipbuilding industry in the Yangtze River Delta needs vertical supply chain collaboration and horizontal merger and reorganization.
