摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法和分析归纳法对技巧啦啦操的音乐和动作创编、编排原则等方面进行分析，得出结论：技巧啦啦操的编排应坚持安全性、独特性和创新性原则，并注重项目的自身特点。Adopting the literature material and the analysis induction, this article analyzes the arrangement principle of music and movement of cheerleading. The conclusion is that ： the arrangement of cheerleading should stick to the security, the distinctive quality and the innovation principle, and pay much attention to the characteristics of its own .
