摘　　要：本文以汶川特大地震灾害医学救援实践为基础,探讨抗震救灾医学救援的特点和规律,总结军队医院抗震救灾医学救援的经验和不足,并对新时期军队医院加强应急卫勤保障机制建设、提高核心卫勤保障能力、完成多样化卫勤保障任务提出了对策。Based on the practice of medical rescue in Wenchuan earthquake, the features and rules of medical rescue works were discussed, and then the shortage and experiences were analyzed. At last the measures were propose as enhancing construction of emergency medical service mechanism, improving service ability to adapt to the task of fulfilling diversification support tasks.
