摘　　要：本文旨在探索一个特勤疗养安全模式,期望适用于军队疗养院发展模式转型后的特勤疗养安全工作。针对军队疗养院特勤疗养安全工作缺乏统一的职能机构和协调组织,纵向统抓和横向互动不能统一;条块分割、自成体系等系列问题,在整合管理资源,统一制度口径方面研究大联勤体制下完整、系统的特勤安全模式。The article is aimed at discussing a safe mode of which is suitable for transformation of development mode of military sanatorium. The author discussed the problems of safety work of military special service recuperation, which included the absence of unified organization, longitudinal unification and lateral interaction. Then the author put forward some countermeasures to study an integrated and systematical safety model of special service recuperation from the following aspects： integrating management resources, unifying the system dimension.
