摘　　要：介绍了我国军队卫生经费筹资渠道,分析了当前我军卫生经费保障中存在的问题,主要表现为卫生经费总量不足、增长不快、份额不高,并提出改善卫生经费保障相关建议:一是建立卫生经费长效增长机制;二是建立有效的经费监管机制;三是进一步规范军队医院有偿服务收益补贴部队的比例。The author introduced the channel of financing for military health funds, and analyzed current problems of support for military health funds, The main problems of military health funds included ： the total quantity was not enough, the growth rate was not fast, the portion was not high. Based on the analysis, the author put forward some suggestions on improving support for military health funds, which included establishing a long - term growth mechanism and a effective monitoring mechanism for military health funds, regulating the proportion of military hospital income for the forces.
