摘　　要：目的:应用计算机网络信息技术探索急诊管理。方法:采用描述性研究与具体实践相结合的方法及对该体系实施前后2年同期相关指标进行回顾性分析比较。结果:通过应用计算机网络信息系统实施急诊管理,取得了良好效果,提供了使患者更满意的急诊服务,缩短了诊疗时间,减少了急诊医疗纠纷的发生,提高了病历书写合格率及危重患者抢救成功率。结论:网络信息技术用于急诊管理是全新的尝试并且效果明显。Objective： To study emergency medical management by application of computer net iniormatlon system. Methods：The methods of retrospective analysis, descriptive research with the relative were adopted. Some related indexes of two years were compared. Result： The application of information technique made an achievement in providing patients a quicker, more efficient, more satisfactory emergency service, shortening the patients＇waiting times for diagnosis and treatment, reducing medical disputes, improving emergency treatment survival rate of success and qualification rate of case history. Conclusion： It is an effective try and a new method＇in emergency medical management for application of information technique.
