摘　　要：作者提出军队医院要实现科学发展,必须统筹兼顾,处理好人才引进、培养与管理、使用的关系,协调好学科建设中突出重点与兼顾一般的关系,把握好医院建设中规模和质量"适度"的问题,解决好投入与产出、服务与发展的关系,确保医、教、研工作的有机结合与统一。The article discussed several questions about the scientific development of military hospital. Taking into consideration both needs of the state and the interests of the collectives, manager should deal with the relation of import, cultivation, management and using of talent. Manager should also coordinate the relation between important and general affairs, as well as the relationships between scale and connotation quality. The relations between input and output, service and development should also be dealt well so as to unify medical things, training and scientific research.
