摘  要:目的观察重组乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗(酵母)(Hepatitis B Vaccine Madeby Recombinant DNA Techniquesin Yeast,HepB-Y)免疫的持久性。方法追踪观察按照免疫程序全程免疫后12年的儿童的乙肝病毒表面抗体(抗-HBs)持久性。结果抗一HBs阳性率、有效阳性率、几何平均浓度逐年下降,分别由基础免疫后1年时的92.08%、84.16%、29.21mIU/ml降至12年后的64.71%、40.。0%、5.01mIU/ml;年均递减率分别为3.16%、6.45%、14.81%。抗-HBs阳性率下降速率较慢,而有效阳性率则下降较快,并随免疫时间的延长,各项指标的年均递减率逐年降低,可预测免疫的低阳性率水平可能维持较长时间。HepB-Y免疫后存在较好的免疫记忆,免疫后10~12年内无需考虑抗-HBs监测和加强免疫。结论HepB-Y免疫后低阳性率水平可维持较长时间,并存在免疫记忆,10~12年内无需考虑抗-HBs监测及加强免疫。Objective To observe the duration of immunization of Recombinant Yeast-derived Hepatitis B Vaccine(YDV). Methods Persistence of anti-HBs in Children who had been vaccinated with full course of YDV 12 years before was observed. Results Anti-HBs positive rate,effective positive rate,the geometric mean concentration(GMC)decreased year by year. The immunity decreased from the first year after immunization 92.08% ,84. 16% ,29.21 mlU/ml to 12 years after immunization 64.71% ,40.00% And 5.01 mIU/ml; Average annual decrease rate was 3. 16 %, 6.45 % and 14.81% respectively; Anti-HBs positive rate decreased slowly, while the effective rate decreased faster, and an average annual decline rate of the indicators decreased year by year with the time immunity. And it can be predicted that the low antibody positive levels were likely to remain longer period of time-. There were good immune memory after 10 to 12 years YDV immunization it was not necessary to consider anti-HBs monitoring and strengthen of immunization. Conclusion There was good immune memory after 10 to 12 years YDV immunization. The consideration of anti-HBs monitoring and strengthen of immunization was not necessary to be conducted.
