摘　　要：目前流行性感冒(流感)疫苗产能尚不能满足发生流感大流行时的需求,而且由于免疫原性受被接种者的年龄、接种部位、接种途径以及身体免疫机能的不同而有所差异。因此在维持免疫原性的前提下,采用低剂量接种十分重要。研究发现,一些疫苗采用皮内接种,而不是传统的肌内或皮下接种,可以减少接种剂量,而同时又保持免疫原性。The current capacity of production cannot supply enough doses of vaccine for the coming influenza season. And the immunogenicity of vaccine antigens was different to the age of vaccinated,route and site of immunization. The possibility of extending existing vaccine supplies by using alternative routes of vaccination that requires smaller doses could have important public health implications. Intradermal injection has been approved effective and safe in some studies.
