摘 要:从井身剖面角度出发,考虑添加扶正器后对抽油杆柱受力的影响,对抽油杆柱建立了受力模型和数学模型,分析抽油杆的变形和失稳,并以此建立了布置扶正器时的合理依据。在理论分析的基础上,利用Visual Basic语言编制了进行扶正器位置和间距优化设计的软件,能够给予实践以很好的指导作用。At present,sucker rod pumping occupies a large scale in production system.Every year,the loss owing to the eccentric wear between the rod and tube is very large.Adding centralizers is the central means to pretect eccentric wear at present.Therefore,how to arrange the centralizers becomes a critical problem.Now,the oil field often uses estimated approach to arrange them,without good theory,with bad effects.From the angle of well section plane,considering the influence on sucker rod after adding the centralizers,resisting load model and mathematical model are established about sucker rods,and the analysis about deformation and destabilization of sucker rods are given.The criterion to dispose centralizers advisably is formed too.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the software is compiled to optimize the centralizers' arrengement by Visual Basic,which can guide the practice effectively.
