摘　　要：针对ZJ70DB型钻机井架起升过程,在结构分析的基础上,应用ANSYS有限元软件建立了钻机起升过程中12个位置的有限元分析模型。计算得到井架在起升过程中井架起升力及钻机底座、井架、人字架的最大应力和应变。有限元计算结果分析表明,ZJ70DB型钻机在井架起升过程中井架上起升大绳安装处应力较大,需进行重新加固,其他结构是安全可靠的。On the basis of the structural analysis,12 locations of the raising derrick were numerically simulated.The stress and strain of the derrick,the derrick floor and drilling rig and A-frame were analyzed.The computed result showed that the stress of the assemble location of the raising rope was bigger than the allowed stress,which must be strengthened.
