摘　　要：本工作成功开发了10000×103KJ/h热风烤窑专用特种燃烧器。该燃烧器适用于多种燃料(重柴油、轻柴油、LPG、天然气、焦炉煤气)。与其他燃烧器相比,具有低流量燃烧效果好,火焰稳定,燃烧发热量高等特点,是烘烤熔窑,特别是大型浮法玻璃熔窑的理想烤窑设备。经济环保效果十分明显。This work was taken up with the R＆D of the hot-air generator with the capacity of 10000×103Kj/h for heating up furnaces. It can be used with many fuels, such as heavy diesel oil, 0# diesel oil, LPG, natural gas, coal gas and so on. Compared to traditional hot-air generators, it has the property of combusting efficiendy during low flow, flame stably and high quantity hotair. It may be the perfect equipment for heating up fi.u-naces ,especially for float glass furnace. High efficiency and environment protection stands out.
