摘 要:目的研究计算机辅助三维重建技术在背阔肌肌皮瓣解剖设计与可视化中的应用。方法(1)应用"虚拟中国人"(Virtual Chinese Human,VCH)数据集,在薄层断面图像上观察胸背动脉及背阔肌的主要解剖结构,应用Amira 3.1(TGS)软件对VCH男性3号标本背阔肌肌皮瓣结构进行计算机三维重建并立体显示。(2)明胶一氧化铅混悬液灌注的新鲜成人标本2具,连续螺旋CT扫描,观测胸背动脉分布及彼此间的吻合情况,应用Amira 3.1软件对背阔肌肌皮瓣结构进行计算机三维重建并立体显示。结果背阔肌肌皮瓣的解剖学结构特点可通过三维重建技术准确反映。结论重建的图像可以提供正常背阔肌肌皮瓣三维动态解剖,为临床背阔肌肌皮瓣教学和设计提供了直观的、数字化解剖依据。Objective To observe the normal structures of thoracodorsal artery and latissimus dorsi myocutaneous (LDM) and to establish digitized visible models of LDM flap . Methods The cross-sectional images from the four VCH datasets were reviewed to study LDM and thoracodorsal artery structures on a section-by-section basis. Next, two adult fresh cadaver specimen were perfused with lead oxide-gelatine mixture to be subject to radiographic CT scanning on their torsos. Likewise, the cross-sectional images from the CT images were reviewed to study thoracodorsal artery structures. Three-dimensional computerized reconstructions of LDM flap structures were conducted from these datasets using Amira 3.1 (TGS) software respectively. Results The three-dimensional reconstructed visible models established by the above two methods perfectly displayed the characteristic of LDM flap anatomy.Conclusion The digitized 3D reconstructive models of LDM flap structures can be applied in clinical training and pre-operative designing.
