摘　　要：阐述了哈尔滨市图书馆地方文献数据库建设过程,提出了制作地方文献数据库建设方面应该思考的3个问题,这就是建立标准与规范、委托加工、评价系统的建立,这是我们今后能够顺利开展工作而应该关注的问题。The paper describes the implementation procedure about database construction of local documents in Harbin municipal library and proposes three questions that we should consider to make database of local documents. They are the standards and norms, entrusted processing and the evaluation system. They are the keys that we should pay close attention to and we will work smoothly in the future.
