摘　　要：介绍了竞争情报在我国的发展,提出了高校图书馆竞争情报的实施过程,以及在此过程中要遵循的原则和建议。The paper has recommended the development of competitive Intelligence in China, and put forward an implementation process of competitive intelligence in library. And during this process, we should follow the principles and recommendations.
