摘　　要：阐述图书馆知识的类型和知识转移的内涵,剖析图书馆知识转移机制的内涵、过程与方式,探讨实施图书馆知识转移的策略,以达到图书馆知识转移之效率和提升图书馆服务用户的服务策略。This paper has explained library knowledge type and knowledge transfer connotation, analyzed the connotation, process and ways of library knowledge transfer mechanism, discussed the strategy of implementing library knowledge transfer so as to achieve the efficiency of library knowledge transfer and promoted the service strategy of library service users.
