摘　　要：虚拟参考咨询服务是21世纪图书馆核心业务之一,详细论述了沈阳农业大学图书馆构建虚拟参考咨询服务模式的思路,阐述了开通这项服务的过程,并提出了完善与提高的设想。Virtual Reference Service is one of the core operation, the paper dissertates the thoughts of constructing the mode of VRS and introducing the course of developing the services. On the end of the paper, the imagination of the ways to improve the service is brought out.
