摘　　要：计算机和网络通讯技术的迅猛发展和普遍应用给高校图书馆读者服务工作带来了巨大的影响,也引发了一些新问题,这就要求高校图书馆采取新的对策以提高读者服务工作的质量。The rapid development and general application of computer and network technologies have quite an effect on reader service in the university libraries, and also cause some new problems. These changes request the university libraries to adopt some valid means to improve the quality of reader service.
