摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱-示差折光检测法测定维生素C葡萄糖注射液含量的方法。方法:采用示差折光检测器色谱柱采用氨基键合硅胶色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.02mol·L-1KH2PO4溶液(pH6.0)(75∶25);柱温30℃,流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果:维生素C和葡萄糖分别在0.10~1.00和0.25~2.50g.L-1的浓度范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9997);(r=0.9998),两者的平均回收率分别为100.2%与99.8%,RSD分别为1.5%与1.0%。结论:此法简便、快速、准确,适用于维生素C葡萄糖注射液的含量测定。Objective:To establish a method using HPLC - RID for simultaneous assay of Vitamin C and Glucose in Vitamin C and Glucose Injection. Methods:The detector was differential refraction detector. The Kromasil 100-5 NH2 (4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)set at 30℃ was used. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-0. 02 mol · L^-1 KH2PO4 solution ( pH 6.0). Results:The linear range of Vitamin C was 0. 10 - 1.00 g · L^-1 (r =0. 999 7) ,and Glucose was 0. 25 g · L^-2. 50 g · L^- (r =0. 999 7). The average recovery of Vitamin C was 100. 2% ( RSD 1.5 % ), and the average recovery of Glucose was 99. 8 % ( RSD 1.0 % ). Conclusions : This method is efficient, accurate and suitable for the simultaneous assay of Vitamin C and Glucose in Vitamin C and Glucose Injection.
