摘　　要：本文从数字图书馆概念入手，分析了传统图书馆员向数字图书馆员转变过程中的一些特点，围绕“社会认知论”这一图书馆员工作的中心，提出了数字图书馆员值得考虑的“信息技术专家”、“信息导航员”及“知识管理者”的角色定位理论。参考文献4。This paper from the conception of digital library analyzed some characteristics in the process from traditional librarian to digital librarian. Surrounding the working center of the ＂Social Cognition Theory＂, it brought forward thoeries of role, such as Information Technologist, Information Navigator,and Knowledge Manager. 4 Refs.
