高血压病经济负担的影响因素研究

摘　　要：通过对大庆市275名高血压患者的随访调查,经过多元回归分析,得出影响高血压病经济负担的主要因素:患者的病情、医疗保障形式、经济收入、医院的级别、从业状态和伴随疾病等,以便采取有效的措施,减轻高血压病的经济负担,以有效地降低医疗费用。Objective To Study of risking factors of the burden of hypertension. Methods Through following--up study and liner regression analysis of 275 patients with hypertension. Results we find out the main factors influencing the burden of hypertension, which were condition of disease, medical guarantee,economic income, rank of hospital,trade state and accompany disease. Conclusions Some effective methods should be taken to decrease the burden of hypertension and reduce cost of medical treatment.
