摘　　要：目的：观察倍氯米松鼻腔喷雾治疗鼻息肉的疗效。方法：３８例鼻息肉病人（男性２７例，女性１１例，年龄２８±ｓ１０ａ）。每天早晚用倍氯米松喷鼻各１次，每次每只鼻腔喷２下，每喷一下约５０μｇ，每鼻孔日总量２００μｇ，连用５０ｄ。结果：治疗后有效率为８０％。结论：倍氯米松鼻腔喷雾能使鼻息肉消失，缩小或推迟复发。AIM: To observe the efficacy of beclometasone nasal spray in treating polypus. METHODS: Thirty_eight patients with nasal polypus (M 27, F 11, age 28±s 10 a) were treated with beclometasone nasal spray 2 time per day in morning and night, 2 sprays were given in either naris, with total dose of 200 μg×50 d. RESULTS: Aftr the treatment, the total effective rate was 80%. CONCLUSION: Beclometasone nasal spray can make the nasal polypus to disappear, shrink or delay recurring.
