摘 要:在适当的一次、二次燃料的条件下,利用二次补燃技术,通过数值研究天然气催化燃烧过程中的NOx、未燃碳氢(UHC)和CO排放及载体内温度的变化,使其产生最佳的排放效果。结果表明,适当的二次补燃有助于减少NOx排放,而CO、UHC排放仍旧维持较低。研究还表明,二次补燃可以降低非均相燃烧中所用的蜂窝陶瓷载体温度,避免了载体由于受到高温所产生的热应力而导致的破裂、催化剂因高温而失效的后果。Under the proper condition of first mixed air and gas supply and secondary natural gas supply,numerical studies were carried out on this technology of hybrid catalytic combustion of natural gas,and heterogeneous combustion emissions such as NOx,CO and Unburned Hydrocarbon (UHC) and temperature changes in the monolith were analyzed to find out how to achieve the lowest combustion emissions. The experimental results showed this technology was helpful to reduce the emission of NOx,meanwhile the emission of CO and UHC was still kept at low degree. In addition,the temperature was reduced in the catalytic monolith,which was helpful to protect the catalytic monolith from fracture caused by high heat stress and to avoid catalyst failure owing to high temperature.
