摘　　要：房地产利益集团导致住房供应失衡、价格攀升,扭曲住房制度改革,危害经济健康发展,对构建和谐社会十分不利。为约束房地产利益集团,在分析房地产利益集团的构成和行为特点的基础上,阐明其对经济和社会两方面的负面影响,提出了治理房地产利益集团的基本策略。Real estate interest group makes unbalance in housing providing, raising property price, distorting the housing reformation and damaging the economy development. It is harmful to establish a harmonious society. For restricting real estate interest group, this paper clarified negative influences on economy and society based on the analysis of construction and activity characteristics of interest group. It put forward fundamental tactics to manage real estate interest group.
